I would have loved to give a 5⭐ rating to this hotel that I have known quite well for a long time. Great place with a private beach and a quality half board service, along with nice personnel always at your service and fun shows every night. Rooms globally offer a nice view and are always clean. Some might need a refreshment depending on the hotel building you are staying at. I was surprised that the credit card machine didn’t work. The personnel’s reaction was even more shocking as they asked us to take a taxi in order to withdraw money from a specific ATM that wasn’t nearby although there is one at the hotel (which also had issues apparently). Not acceptable for a hotel like Beausite. And if I may add, it’s a shame that there are no hot drinks at dinner, but only a breakfast. It is certainly not that big of a challenge to bring out the coffee machine and some hot water and tea bags like during breakfast. Also, a free WiFi connection at least at the lobby would be more than welcome.
Very friendly staff and tasty food, generally it was a very good experience. But Matrouh governerate should take action with the boats using high music as entertainment for their guests from 7:00 am till 6:00 pm
A truly family-friendly place — the staff are wonderful: cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really tell the whole team is focused on making sure guests are happy. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, kindness, and great service. It’s a happy place!
Nostalgic Matrooh sea vacation. The beach is very nice with the exception of heavy boat ride traffic nearby and a bit too close watersports peer. Food is very nice and the staff is present. Rooms are a bit old but everything works adequately.
